Who's Behind ReceptFlow

I'm Usama, and I built ReceptFlow because tradies keep losing jobs to a phone they can't answer. I'm a solo founder based in Melbourne — no call centre, no investors, no team of twelve, just me — building the AI receptionist I wished existed the first time I watched a mate lose a job because he was up a ladder when the phone rang.

Every Call Discloses It's AI

Every phone call opens by telling the caller they're speaking to an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded — before any personal information is collected, with no way to turn it off. We also automatically strip anything resembling a credit card or ID number out of call transcripts before they're stored, so sensitive numbers a caller mentions in passing never sit in your dashboard or ours.
